Breast Implant Litigation

GENERAL INFO
This litigation involves the controversial silicone breast implant litigation. Part of it has settled. One settlement was more than $2,000,000.00. Another settlement was for $25,000,000.00. Goldberg & Gage was part of the California Plaintiffs Steering Committee in this class action.

IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS

DEPOSITIONS
Goldberg & Gage participated in depositions during the class action discovery. At present, no depositions are posted, because of potential protective orders.

DISCOVERY
The most important thing for women to discover, is to identify the manufacturer of your implants. You need medical records showing the manufacturer of your implants to be eligible for the settlements at present. If you have not done so, you should gather records from your plastic surgeon and the hospital.
