A Sterling Track Record
We have been on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for two class actions each of which settled for $2,000,000,000.00 (two billion dollars) which were the largest ever at the time. We have been involved in other nine figure class action settlements and other class actions that settled for millions of dollars.
Our trial verdicts are also impressive. They include some record setting awards, including a $14,000,000.00 (fourteen million dollar) judgment against the South Gate Police Department in 2009 that Bradley Gage tried for police officers who were retaliated against and discriminated against by their own police department. We have approximately 20 verdicts in excess of $1,00,000,000 (one million dollars). Wayne Smith recently obtained a verdict in excess of $20,000,000.00 (twenty million) in Bakersfield for an elder abuse victim which is one of the largest such verdicts in California.
